Cash management is introduced in anticipation, or in the midst, of a cash crisis. The focus is on obtaining a rapid assessment of immediate cash requirements with associated risks and opportunities and implications for facilities.

The aim is to then engender a “cash focus” in the business by creating and installing financial models alongside management systems to implement rolling 13-week STCFF, coaching staff on means to optimise cash management through working capital reduction (inventories, time to invoice etc.), debtor collection and creditor management.
